Projects

Six product lines, each with its own qualification pedigree, its own customers and its own long tail of support. These are not case studies — they are things we build, ship and keep alive.

VGA-HRH

Radiation-hardened avionics

Helios-RH

Flight computers and sensor buses that keep working inside a reactor hall and beyond the Van Allen belts.

VGA-AFC

Integrated flight control

Aegis-FCS

A triplex flight control and display suite certified to DO-178C Design Assurance Level A.

Explore

VGA-MER

Satellite bus avionics

Meridian

Command, telemetry and attitude electronics for small satellite platforms in low and medium Earth orbit.

Approvals & standards

Every programme is designed, built and evidenced against these.

Method

How a project runs here.

The same four steps on every programme, whether it is a flight control computer or a single measurement chain.

01

We ask what it has to survive

Environment before function. A requirement that does not state the environment is not a requirement, it is a preference.

02

We write the qualification argument first

Before any hardware decision, we agree what evidence will make this acceptable and who has to accept it.

03

We build the evidence as we build the box

Traceability is maintained continuously. It is never reconstructed before a review, because reconstructed traceability is how programmes slip a year.

04

We stay after delivery

Twenty-year fleets outlive their silicon. Obsolescence management is part of the programme, not a separate conversation in year nine.

Work with us

Tell us what you are trying to fly.

Send the requirement, the environment and the date it has to work by. An engineer will read it — not a form handler.
